The Canadian federal election is now entering the what all the party leaders have dubbed the \'second phase\' of the Canadian election campaign. All the parties have come out with new ad campaigns and are running madly about the country trying to drum up support. However to date none of the main party leaders have done very little to inspire the interest of Canadians in the upcoming Canadian federal election.
A recent article published on Canadian-issues.com revealed the level of voter apathy at one all candidates forum in Brandon. In total 25 people attended to open discussion forum
\"Perhaps it is the numbness from the cold or greater interest in the World Junior Hockey Championships in Vancouver\" stated Eric Koshinsky, publisher of Canadian-issues.com. \"Regardless of the reasons, the politicians have done very little to capture the minds and imaginations of Canadians during this Canadian election campaign.\"
In an attempt to inject a little humour into the campaign, Canadian-issues.com is happy to announce the publication of the second in a series of light-hearted articles designed to inform Canadians about why they should NOT vote for the various party leaders in the upcoming Canadian Election.
The current article released in the series is titled:
\"The top 10 reasons NOT to vote for Paul Martin - Liberal Party of Canada\"
The most recently released list targets Paul Martin and the Liberal Party of Canada. \"After 13 years in power, both Paul Martin and the Liberal Party of Canada provide an ample supply of things to poke fun at and criticise (everything from Christmas wreaths, Buzz Hargrove, and of course the sponsorship scandal)\", said Koshinsky. When asked why Paul Martin was chosen as the second target, Koshinsky simply said \"His (Paul Martin) time has come.\"
The lists are intended to poke fun at Canadian politicians and the Canadian political process. None of the Canadian political party leaders will be left out of the fun. The remaining lists for Jack Layton and Gilles Duceppe will be released in the following weeks.
